Are you a HUBZone or 8(a) certified firm?
HUBZone: Yes. PRO-Elements Corp. is a certified HUBZone small business under the U.S. Small Business Administration's HUBZone program. We are eligible for HUBZone set-asides, HUBZone sole-source awards and the HUBZone price evaluation preference.

We manufacture to customer drawings, specifications and inspection requirements. Since 2008 we have supplied FDA-regulated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in Puerto Rico — including Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, BD and Stryker — where our work is performed under each customer's own supplier qualification, change control and documentation systems, and is subject to their audits.
If a requirement carries a specific quality standard or inspection plan, tell us in the RFQ and we will state plainly whether we can meet it.
What is your business size under your registered NAICS codes?

Can we pay with a Government Purchase Card?
Yes. We accept the Government Purchase Card (GSA SmartPay). For requirements at or below the $15,000 micro-purchase threshold, a cardholder can place the order directly with no solicitation and no competition requirement — typically the fastest route to get a part made.
What should I send you to get a quote, and how fast will I get it?
Send a drawing, model or a photo of the part, plus quantity, material, tolerance and your required delivery date. We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG and PDF drawings.
Quotes are returned in 24–48 hours. If a solicitation number and due date are involved, note them in the subject line so we prioritize it.
We have no drawings — the part is obsolete. Can you still make it?
Yes. Reverse engineering is one of our core capabilities. Send us the worn or broken part and we will measure it, produce the drawing and manufacture a replacement. This is routine work for us on legacy and non-documented equipment where the OEM no longer supports the part.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. We specialize in one-off parts and small batches — the quantities that larger shops decline. A single replacement component is a normal order for us.
Can you act as a subcontractor to a prime contractor?
Yes. We work as a subcontractor or teaming partner to primes with Puerto Rico requirements, including on-island fabrication, machining, repair and installation scope that would otherwise have to be flown in from the mainland.
Where do you deliver, and do you install on site?
FOB Cayey, Puerto Rico, with island-wide delivery and on-site installation available. Because we manufacture in Cayey there is no mainland freight lead time on Puerto Rico requirements. Se habla español.
